At the entrance to Edison & Doyle is The Cooper Union. Here you can relax and catch up with friends on smaller bistro tables. We serve speciality coffee and delicious cakes here all day that are also available to takeaway.

Step into The Botanicum. Inspired by Thomas Edison’s 1920s plant research, our upper level dining area becomes a botanical laboratory this Spring. Inventive drinks, inspired food and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in Truro.
